If you purchase from our online store, you can make the purchase 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. At the time of checkout, we will obtain an authorization from the credit card you provide (if you use a credit card in payment) through Paypal. Once credit card authorization is received, we will proceed the shipment. If credit card authorization is not received, your checkout will be cancelled.

 

 

In order to provide full customer satisfaction and ensure you enjoy shopping at the FlipClock store, we have a complete sales and refund policy to protect your purchase. If you found the content delivered to you is damaged, we will be happy to give you an exchange. Please send back 1). the damaged product together with a copy of your order confirmation notice to Flat 2-5, 2/F, Cheung Fat Ind. Bldg, 64-76 Larch Street, Tai Kok Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong. Subjected to the product's availability, we may give you another product at the same price or if the product will not be available in 4 weeks, you can request for a sales refund. In this case, a full refund will be credited to your credit card account and no processing charge will be imposed.

 

Please note that the FlipClock does not permit the return of used or damaged by mis-handle product.

Defective Items

 

If you discover what you believe is a product defect during shipping, please contact FlipClock Customer Services at (852) 3165-8845. Such a defect, if any, is covered under the terms of your product's purchase. In this case, our customer service representative will arrange a product replacement, or any goods that has equivalent price.

Proof of Purchase

 

 

The FlipClock store will send you a confirmation of your order when your payment is confirmed. You should print out the confirmation as a proof of purchase. Also, if you have included a valid email address with your order, we will also send you an receipt when your order is shipped.

Credit Card

You may pay by credit card no matter which ordering method you use (Internet or phone). At the time your order is placed, the FlipClock store obtain a pre-approval from the credit card company for the amount of the order. Credit card billing occurs when your order ships.

Shipping Options

 

 

The FlipClock store provides free shipping to our customers word wide. The package will be sent through registered air-mail with tracking number.

 

 

 

The estimated shipment date of your order is based on product availability, payment processing time, and warehouse processing time. It does not include delivery time. Payment process will not begin until we receive all the necessary information and the full payment (or the full authorization in the case of credit card).

 

Payment process for orders placed during weekend or holiday will not begin until the next business day.

 

Business days are from Monday to Friday, excluding Hong Kong public holiday.

If the package is refused due to your refusal to pay customs tax and/or duties, and subsequently returned to the FlipClock store, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges. If the package is kept or confiscated by custom, the FlipClock store will not be responsible for any lost, including but not limited to the postage and the item cost.

Your total order price will include the price of the product (on the day of shipping) plus any applicable packaging and shipping charges. The FlipClock store makes every effort to ship your product according to the estimated arrival date provided at checkout. The estimated arrival date does not including weekend and Hong Kong public holidays.
